KUALA LUMPUR TAXIS
Metered air-con taxis are available around-the-clock. Flag-off fare is MYR 3.00 and the fare climbs in MYR 0.10 increments. Tipping is not required but rounding up is common. For trips to/from the airport, expressway toll fees will be borne by the passenger.

Word of caution: Check with the driver that he intends on using the meter before getting in, and ensure it is turned on once seated. If the driver refuses to use meter, set a price before sitting.

KUALA LUMPUR BUSES
Extensive and inexpensive public bus service with prices ranging from MYR 1.00 to MYR 3.50 depending on type of bus. You may wait for the bus at designated bus stops. The ticket can be obtained on the bus itself but please have small change ready.
