- For airport transfer arrangement made less than 24 hours before arrival, please contact +603 9195 9999 (9:00 - 6:00pm GMT +8) directly to reconfirm your airport pick-up as soon as you have received the booking confirmation.
- Your credit card provided in the booking will be charged within 48 hours before your arrival for these additional services. Your room charges are not charged along with these additional services charges with the exception of Early Bird bookings. Room charges are paid upon your arrival at the hotel.
- Once the charges have been made, we are unable to refund the amount back to your card. All additional services cancellation or amendments must be received at least 48 hours before your arrival.
